Emblem of Triumph is a currency used in Northrend to buy epic (tier 9) items, similar to Emblem of Conquest badges.

Heroic-level tier 9 gear (ilvl 258) cannot be purchased with Emblems of Triumph, these items can only be purchased with tokens which drop in Crusaders' Coliseum 25 heroic.

This item drops from the bosses in the Crusaders' Coliseum in all four variants (10- and 25-player, normal and heroic). Two tokens are the reward for completing the daily heroic dungeon quest (lvl 80, 5 man, Proof of Demise). As all other tier Emblems, an Emblem of Triumph can be downgraded to an Emblem of Conquest at the emblem vendors in Dalaran.
It is possible to get 24 Emblems (14 through the daily heroic dungeon system, 4 through Vault of Archavon 10/25 and 6 through Onyxia's Lair 10/25) per week without even entering Crusaders' Coliseum.

- Patch 3.3.0 (???): "The current plan is to make Emblems of Triumph the "base" of emblems so everything that drops Emblem of Conquest would be changed to Triumph and then the new raid content would drop the new highest emblem along with things like the heroic daily and such."
